For the keyer function. Would it also be possible to add Iambic Ultimatic, in addition to mode A and B?
I learned CW with and Ultimatic keyer decades ago and trouble using anything else as this is also a mode on the winkeyers, but using a winkeyer is obviously no option here so support for Ultimatic would be greatly appreciated!

Feature Requests / CW remote station <callsign-macro>.

To ease keyboard CW operation using the RRC-micro.
Would it be possible to make a "callsign field"/<callsign-macro> so that entering the callsign of the station being worked it would fill in and complete the  prestored messages as a "macro" ?

Example <callsign-macro> de LB6B  tnx - ur rst ....  - 73 bcnu <callsign-macro> de LB6B K

Does not the volume control in the RRC-Micro work as a "volume control" too and able to raise it from the "0" position?

Hi. I have been running a IC-7100 for some time using the remote head via RemoteRig. Being a great success and very stable I thought I would try the RRC-Micro from a laptop and a Surface Pro 4, both running Windows 10.

Everything seems to connect up nicely to the radio, however I could not hear any audio from the radio initially. Moving the volume control does not make any difference either.
However, starting a remote program such as RS-BA1 or similar and raising the volume control a little (and then disconnecting the remote program) gets the audio thru the RRC-Micro. From there on the volume in RRC-Micro also works.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the RRC-Micro the whole procedure needs to be repeated.

Anyone else experiencing the same or having any idea why?

Hei Micke.

Det virker veldig rart, men det ser ut som om radioen går i en tilstand hvor den ikke lar seg slå på igjen etter den har timet ut, selv om man resetter begge RRC'ene.

Remote siten hvor displayet er, står naturligvis bak en firewall så radioen får ikke kontakt igjen andre veien.

Har to RRC sett og to radioer. Samme skjer på begge to, på to siter, så tviler på at det er samme "feil" på begge steder.

Er det mulig å lage et valg hvor man kan lage en annen timeout f.eks. 5 min/10 min osv, evt ikke la den slå seg av når forbindelsen mistes slik at man kan reetablere denne?

Og joda, vi har relay løsning også for remote strømstyring, men føler at dette i utgangspunktet er en litt rar/konstig feil som ikke helt bør være slik, så hadde vært greit å få en løsning.

Meget godt fornøyd med RRC-1258 på IC-7100. Takk for bra produkt.

Har en litt rar feil på min IC-7100. Hvis riggen står på og men mister Internettet i noen minutter får man ikke slått på riggen igjen når internettet er tilbake.
Har rebootet RRC1258 boksene (begge) men det hjelper ikke.
Forskjellige firmware er forsøkt på IC-7100 og oppsett for å kjøre med og uten front panel gir samme resultat.

Må til slutt ta strømmen på IC-7100 for å få kontakt igjen... Litt upraktisk remote.

Noen ide? Er det mulig å lage en remotekommando i RRC-1258 som kan resette boksen eller sende slå på/av kommando lokalt?
