Since your connection used to be fine, first I would look if anything has changed on either end of your Remoterig network.
Did you start using any new devices? Or a member of the family?
Try shut down or disconnect all other devices using your network, including tablets, smart phones, game stations, etc. Any of these devices can be doing network-heavy things you're not aware of (downloading updates,new firmware etc)
I have noticed that streaming services within your network (gaming, video) can also cause drop outs to the RRC connection.
If you are running Remoterig over Wifi, try changing the Wifi channel. Other users of the 2,4GHz band (intercoms, cameras) can cause packet loss to the Wifi network. Many APs on the same channel can also mean trouble.
