HI

that's the most common question I get.

NO is not possible to use IC-7000 with the control panel separated like IC-706.
The info to IC-7000 display is generated by a analog composite video signal which is not possible to transfer via the RRC:s.

I understand that it doesn't work in control panel mode, but pardon my ignorance...does it also mean that the IC-7000 doesn't work in the PC-Remote mode (http://www.remoterig.com/wp/?page_id=362 - fifth option down on this page)???

Controlled by a PC, IC-7000 works like all other ICOMs
