When I set both ends of my 1258 link to mode 0 (Transparent) they will not connect. If I keep them both set to mode 4 (kenwood .....etc.) they connect and pass audio just fine. The only reference I've found in the documentation is that it for repeaters?
Can anyone direct me to or share the proper hardware configuration and settings to get the Transparent mode to work?
