Think I posted this in the wrong place .. Sorry !! I am having problems getting my 7100 to operate with 1258MkII and it has worked fine with my 706. I changed the jumpers in both unit and have check 2 times to make sure they are correct and changed the baud rate from 19200 to 38400 and thought that was all I needed to do to get it to operate with the 7100. The only thing I can do is turn the unit on and off .. I have no controls of any kind when unit is on !!! Any idea as to what I have missed or done wrong
