IC 7100 Low modulation

I have IC 7100 and  brand new RRC 1258
I have problem my audio is low, I have made Mic gain in the radio to top and I need more gain
Is any configuration I can do on the RRC 1258 to higher the modulation ?

Hi

No adjustments should be needed in the RRC, check if you have a bad connection somewhere. An idea is to check the red straps with an ohm meter.
