How do I download the license for Nano?

Hi

you do not download it, as it says in the webshop, you give us the info about the callsign and the App id when you place the order, then we activate the App for you.

How long does it take? My order was confirmed on Wednesday and it just gives a download link and a date of expiration. The app still just indicates the trial has expired.

Hi

I checked the order you had not reported the App Id but I found you by manually searching the database, I have now activated the id 41fa

restart the App and try again
