Nano 1.6.4 stopped working

My Nano 1.6.4 has stopped working. I am not getting any error messages.  Tapping CONNECT nothing happens.   Please help.

I am now getting error message:
"Invalid App license".

How to get valid license??

Last update May 10 2023.

Anbove is the message on the Playstore webpage for the App.  I reinstalled the App and got new license number.
Still cannot connect.

In 2018 we changed from our own licensing system to Google Play

To avoid that customer who has already paid once, have to pay again we use promotion codes

first uninstall the old App

go to the address below with your phone browser ( do NOT go to Google Play)

https://play.google.com/store?code.  Use Chrome browser NOT Samsung browser

copy and enter your personal promotion code below and install the PRO App, allow the App to use the Mic and other things it ask for during the installation

you should not get problems anymore as the App now is connected to your Google Account as every other App

and if you want to install the PRO App on an second device you will find it in Google Play and it will show that it's already payed
