I assume that you are using the K3 Twin mode, since you didn't make that clear.

If so, here is how you get CAT working:

- Go to the serial settings on the radio RRC and change COM1 to "Mode-7, CAT to COM2". Make the rate the same as COM2.
- Go to the serial settings on the control RRC and do exactly the same
- While on that page, change "Use USB COM port to USB" to YES if you want to use the virtual serial port, otherwise connect
a serial cable to COM1 on the control RRC (but watch out - the pinout is backwards from normal!)

That is unfortunately how it is. On a normal RemoteRig configuration, you would use
COM2 for CAT and COM1 for something else, such as the rotor.

However, the "Twin" configuration (Elecraft & Yaesu) use COM2 to communicate
between the two RRC's and therefore block this port. So the only way to get CAT
on the remote end is to use a mode that combines COM1 and COM2 and use
COM1 for CAT.

You will therefore have to find another solution for your rotor, such as a serial
server or Webswitch.

I installed COM1 to mode 7. it`s work very well.
But i have new problem. After 15 minutes, the connect disappeared. The control panel shows the message "IP error." I do not know why. Installation did not change, except for COM1.
