Network Problems
« on: 2014-03-16, 19:31:01 »
I try to display the "T" to control my equipment.  I have one for the rotor, and one for the amplifier.
I may get a display of everything but the face of the rotor.  If I click the "rotor" word in the left column, it will display.

Or, I may get the T displayed empty with a frown face the gives me a hover message "server closed without sending data".

Or I may bet a message at times "A network change was detected".  And no display at all.

The URL for the location is still the same.  Entering all numeric URL may produce these same results.

Usually repeated sending of the URL will finally get a complete display.

Any ideas?

Not sure what you mean with a "T"?

Though generally when you see such problems I suggest that you look at "Uptime" on the "System Info" page and see if it shows an unexpected low reading. If so the device restarted when you attempted to load the web page and that often indicates network communication issues.

Always include type of hard/software and version when asking for support.
