hellot to the forum. i am using a icom 706 mkiig with rrc 1258 with firmware version 2.42. when new firware was installed the system worked fine. now it has developed packet loses. system keeps dropping off and on. it worked fine with previous version of firmware. is it possible to go back to a previous version of firmware. thank you

Hi you can go back, but I think the dropouts are more a coincidence rather than a result of the firmware update, but pse test to go back and let us know the result

hello mike went back to firmware version 2.40. no good. i guess this tells me that it isn't a firmware problem. guess i will have to put up with junk a-- comcast.
