Webswitch 1216H: are the connection points 35 & 36 for power? AC? DC? Which is +?
Also, what size is the coaxial power jack? ==> Oops, found the answer! 2.1 x 5.5

You can use both AC and DC and the polarity doesn't matter.

I feel this is not stated in a clear way in the Webswitch specification. I had to find this post in order to get a straight answer.

I take it you mean that this is not clear enough:
"8-12V AC or 9-16V DC
connected to screws or 2.1/5.5 mm DC-connector"?
If so feel free to suggest how you would like to see it explained.

I should have clarified that i meant the polarity of the DC connector. It is not shown on the device to my knowledge.
It might have been implied that it does not matter which side is plus or minus, but i did not feel confident enough to try it.
I like to be on the safe side when it comes to electronics.
Thank you for your time.

Yes, not showing the polarity means it does not matter. Not sure how to show that on the device, besides not showing anything, like now?
