« on: 2012-08-27, 00:49:05 »
Hi all
I just heard about the new Icom IC-7100 and he looks very "remotable".
Any info/plans about it?
Thanks in advance for reply.

Mike was in Japan this weekend, so he should hopefully be able to give an update
when he returns to Sweden. Looks like a cool transceiver, hopefully Icom is using a
standard serial link between the control head and radio, otherwise it won't work.

Yes I have been at Tokyo Ham Fair seeing it. It will be perfect for remote control, and Im sure we will support IC-7100 from day one.
