Hi it's difficult to say, but if you just need to transfer audio, mic, and PTT the standard RRC works in most cases. To make it work with full control in the way that you can have the control panel at one location and the the radio in an other, it's almost 100 % sure that some software adaption has to be made even if it sometimes works in one of the general modes 0 or 3.
