Grounding the RCC1258

Should the RCC1258 radio end be grounded to station ground to help keep out rf and static buildup if so how would I without drilling holes?

Hi

I have not heard anyone who has been forced to ground the RRC box itself, I think grounding via the cables to the radio is enough
