Please look at the messages in the status section of the RRC's web page and let us know
what it says.

Have you rebooted both RRC's to see if that solves your problem? It does in 95% of
cases I have seen where it just stops working for no reason.

That is the wrong status. I mean the status of the RRC connection under the menu "status"
on the top left. Please give us both RRC's status after an attempted connect.

You rebooted both RRC's, I assume?

Not a clue what it is you are trying to say. Since you were able to give us your DynamicDNS settings
before, you obviously have network connectivity. It would be great if you would give the status for
the RRC's.

I will try to describe my problem again.
My system was working ok for about 2 months. I would like to try some changes and unplugged the remoterig and I have it in my shack now.
I have both remoterigs plugged in my local network. I have both connected in my router. I can access the control remoterig but not the radio remoterig.
When I plug only the power jack in the radio remoterig, the ethernet jack lights on without to have an ethernet cable plugged in. Is this normal? I don't think it is...
When I try to connect with radio remoterig, the web page does not load at all. So no access to see the status, etc.
When I connect an ethernet cable, the light in the router's port does not light on.
I reset my remoterig in default but I have the same results.
I tried also a different ethernet cable.
Any other ideas?
Is there a service?

Hi
If the LED lights up even if you have not connected the LAN cable it's not normal. Probably the Ethernet interface has suffered a lightning storm and has been broken. The Ethernet Interface is not repairable, but if you send me a email i will give you a a good price for a replacement PCB

Have you tried to connect the RRC via USB and use the Setup Manager program to see the IP settings etc?
Always include type of hard/software and version when asking for support.

I have no problem with IP settings etc.
My problem is When I connect an ethernet cable, the light in the router's port does not light on.
The ethernet port is dead at RRC

OK. Then it seems what sm2o/micke said is valid in your case.
