Hello Juan Carlos EA5WA
As you say, when I use Mode4 there is no 8v on pin.
When I use mode 8 if there is voltage on the pin. It should not be like that.
Now I have chosen or selected mode5 ts480 and my roger beep is working, and also my mc-85 works now.
From jumper 2, the voltage drops to 8v instead. without jumper 2 the voltage is 9v.
Everything works now.
I think it should not be like that and remoterig should do that mode 4, for kenwood ts2000 if it had tension in micro.
I have selected mode5 only in CONTROL (not radio) and it works.
It also works if I choose mode5 in Control and Radio. Both devices.
I hope I have helped people who are looking in the forum for information on ts-2000 with mc-60, mc-80, mc-85, or similar, even with roger beep on the mic for vhf contests ha ha ha.
I use a translator.
It is never perfect.
