I have a remote site with 2 RRCs. The other day, one of the RRCs stopped connecting. I've examined the Status Report of each RRC, and I find there are 6 differences between the two setups (not including different port numbers as needed).
Bad RRC: Audio Out Port 0, Audio In Port 0, Cmd Out Port 0, Other Party 0.0.0.0, Other Party (mac) entry line missing.
Good RRC: Audio Out Port xxxxx, Audio In Port xxxxx, Cmd Out Port yyyyy, Other Party xxx.xx.xxx.xxx, Other Party (mac) 00:1e:fd:01:92:14
The "Other Party" IP address is my home IP address, as I was the last one that accessed that RRC. The Audio and CMD ports are all 5 digit numbers in the good RRC.
Are there any hints, from looking at the above lines, as to what I need to do to get the 2nd RRC back on line? Is there maybe a backup battery inside?
The Ser Nbr of the bad RRC is 4664, and the Ser Nbr of the good RRC is 7919.
Thanks for any assistance! Dennis W1UE
