General discussion forum / Noisy Low band generated from PoE of 1269 10 x antenna switch

Hello Everyone,
After installation of Remote Antenna Switch 1269 that is powered thought PoE at 48 Volts I noted that some noise appear on 160/80m but notable even on high bands as 10m.

Does Anyone had the some problem ? In case how you fixed.

I tried to insert in between a EMC filter but doesn't work. The only thing I haven't try is to use an external injector and use a linear 48 Volts DC PS.

I attached herein a pic of peaks to let you see.

Configuration, RRC 1258 / IC 7100 configuration for remote Digital Modes

Hello Everybody does anyone made the right configuration to use the ic 7100 remotely doing properly digital modes like psk ft8 etc?

I use with successful the CW with com3 extra and N1MM but seams to me to not understand the right settings for digital modes remotely .

Any help ?

Hello everyone, I was reading your post and it was so interesting. The point is here: I use the ic 7100 with remoterig successfully. I connected the CI-V to my icom and the com2 is working so far so good, I pass the control from the rs232 to the usb and with n1mm the radio is connected so I can control it the winkey is working too but if I send some call the audio work but no power out! The power goes out only with the key but not with the N1MM even is the connection seams to work perfect.

Any suggestion please ? 73s

I had this error last night but I don't know why. My configuration is ic 7100

Control panel ON
Radio ON
Connection status Faulty(See below)
SIP status Connected/transfering
Last SIP error None
RTP/UDP audio status Stalled(37)
UDP cmd status Error(o)

Somebody can help me ?

Yes, Jan I know about the RC 1216h but the problem, and correct me if I made a mistake is that a cannot switch the antennas if the Acom 2000a is not power on right?  (I mean in combination with acom 2000sw).

Hi everybody,
I would like to know before I buy the webswitch 1216h some info and if I can use it like that:

1) Can I switch on/off the master switch of my acom 2000a? I mean the relay inside the webswitch can handle that current?
2) I would like to use switch on/off two power supply , I need to put them in two different relay positions or also in one with a multiplug?

Hi everybody,

I'm Chris IZ8EYP and I'm a happy owner of remoterig 1258MKII in combinations with icom ic 7100.
I use also an Acom 2000 PA and I already installed the power on kit a year ago. It woks really good locally but if I try to use like client/server mode the program crash. I was thinking at this other solutions: connect directly the Acom's rs 232 to remoterig server site , and then connect to my laptop the rs 232 of remoterig client site  (with converter rs232/usb for laptop) opening directely tha acom director on my laptop like server.
 
Does someone use the com virtual port of remoterig case in combination with acom 2000 PA  and power on kit?
