I have been running the RRC-1258 for over 6 months now with no problems, now I have been experiencing disconnection.  I have reset the unit download the firmware and reestablish the IP address several times now, only to have it lose it IP a day or so later. 

Now it will not communicate with USB in the setup mode, message "no device connected".  Question, it it possible to purchase an extra single unit and send this one in for repair?  My remote is 1,000 miles north of my QTH.
