General discussion forum / PC Client connect but do not work

Hi from Italy.
Just received the PC Client and I try to install on my portable.
All ok, also the connection showing "connected to sip:xxxx" and the led ok (left gray and right orange).
But...... no audio in and no ptt/audio out and also the HRD do not connect the radio.
I see, connecting the remote RRC via browser, that on "Status" the "Audio Out Port" is set to 0 (zero); normally when I connect with the RRC is set with the same number of audio in port, that I use 11060.
I use an ICOM IC706MKIIG, that works very well with RRCs, with the configuration "Radio settings" --> program mode --> 2-IC706 .
On the PC Client do not exist IC706 but only 2-ICOM CI-V and I use this setting.
I this something is wrong..... I also tryed ICOM CI-V on both ends, but nothing.

Hi.
I do not exactly understand how I can connect a relay on the I/O remote port.
I se that I must configure the I/O port on the remote side as On/Off, for axemple using OUT0....
I seE n. 5 on I/O port... but what I connect there The - and the + 12 V?
I ask before make some mistake and cause some trouble on the RRC!

Hi from Italy.
I have configured the web switch properly and then mounted on its place (it must deconnect the antennas when radio is not in use).
Then I reconnected the device, before installing on thd site and the computer do not recognize the device via USB
I checked some other PC and the same, do not recognize the USB device........ and also via ethernet nothing!
What appens
Is there a reset to try??
Only life is the green led at the side of micro usb connector blinking......

Hi from Italy.
After long time of test from my home (radio) to my office (control), I ended the remote site and started with same configuration, but from home (control) to remote site (radio).
The remote site is connected to internet via a Mikrotik LAN, that work very well.
The problem:
all is working, but there is NO modulation when transmitting. The rx is ok.
I tryed also to change the UDP audio port (now is 11060) and setting to 0 the audio quality for low bandwith, but nothing.
All is working, also with a very little delay, but no modulation out.
What you think?
