Hello guys again!

Such a long time...

My twin RRC using Kenwoods the TS590SG line works OK, but sometimes I can see blinking my radio (RRC Control)
more than ussual, I dont hace any cuts on RX normally, and the radio is blinking but all its seems to be OK.

Before ussually never happends that, only when you are powering on the radio and she get the synchrony from the othe radio (rrc remote).

Whats its wrong?

All the cables are ok 

Any ideas?

Problem Solved!

On RRC Radio the CW jack got broken  and the DAT was always "on air" ...

New cable and jack and all is ok again.

Hi guys!

My remote shack works very fine until last night we use TS590SG on twin mode, suddenly I got a continued tone in my radio RRC.

I have checked all the cables and conexions at home.
I have checked the configs.
I have checked the radio and menus.
I have reset the RRC control an RRC Radio.
I have reset (hard reset) the TS590SG.

The radio works, I mean I have audio and TX, but in the background I have that terrible continued tone.

Any help is wellcome!

Is the cable from RC to Expert COM well made? Did you checked inside?

Can you try to get it work the Expert throught the RRC COM 1??? Did you did before? Works?

Sorry I moved this post from the wrong place! 

When I set up mine TS590SG Twin remote the smetter works great and you can see the smeter working without any problems.

I made the Logbook software config to work with the Ts590SG CAT throught the USB cable on rear pannel. The smeter just doesnt work anymore! The rest of the radio is OK.

On remote site the TS590SG smeter works great.

I tried to get it of the CAT thought the USB buy nothing happend!

Someone has the same problem?

I did it work together with de MD1Y digital console and works great.

No problem, just need a some hardward!

Hi!
Maybe some RF is getting in on your RC-1216H.
Try with a good ground + Goog CAT7 Cable RJ45 + Several ferrites on all the cables.

Puedes hacerlo fácilmente con una Signalink, por ejemplo.

RRC Control SP> Signalink SP
RRC Control AUX/MIX>Signalink RJ45 Radio
Configuras los jumpers del Signalink

Te irá en PSK, CW, RTTY

You can do it very easy with a Signalink.

RRC Control SP> Signalink SP
RRC Control AUX/MIX>Signalink RJ45 Radio
You have to config the Signalink jumpers

Will work ok PSK, CW and RTTY

On your 590 config works the VGS-1?  With the the 480S its work great but its seems to be that not with the 590 config...

Keyer cable on rrc cable.

Before I posted here, I read the manual several times, this is my fourth remote.

Thanks for your emaiil.

Baudrate in my Ts590 are on menu 61...

Now after several re-stars in my RRC control, its work, I can control the TS590, I have Audio RX but NOT PTT / TX Audio using the mike and also using de SEND button on Kenwood pannel.

When I push the SEND button the TX led its ON buy also no audio.

Also no TX on CW!

I have checked pin to pin the straps on RRC Control and RRC Radio using a tester and all are OK.

 

Did I missed something?

I just have this new config and I doesnt work...

I have been with remoterig and TS480S and twin Ft2000 without problems and Im not able to
do it work...

Someone who has the same problem?

everything its on their place...may be I need to change something on kenwood Menu plus the Baudrate con com port?
