Power light flashing
« on: 2010-07-02, 03:08:44 »
Remote has been working fine, all of sudden power light flashes and can not control radio. The IP is still valid as I can use the browser to get into the remote (192.168.1.227). If I remember the flashing lights means it has not picked up an IP address. I even changed it to DHCP and connected directly to cable modem and got the same response.

Ideas?

Thanks,

Doug

The power LED is flashing if.

- If DHCP is activated and the RRC do not get a IP from the DHCP server.

But the most common reason is:

- you have set a SIP-contact with a DNS name ( not a IP-adress) and the RRC can not resolve the DNS name most likely beacause
the IP of the DNS server is wrong at the IP-settings

Dyndns cancelled by dns name due to inactivity. Reassigned and working again.
