<host name> not found on ddns query

I query my host name using ddns.remoterig.com. Response from the server is: <host name> not found.

I have had problems with my local network for a long time and finally believe to have corrected where ddns updates will get out.

How is the 'not found' error corrected on the ddns service.

what is the hostname ? you can email it if you do not want to show it here. We must have it to check in the database
