I can not connect
« on: 2015-02-19, 18:18:05 »
Hello everyone:
First I want to apologize for my bad English .
I have a RRC - 1258MkII who has been working properly. But a few days to this part , not control with the radio connection . I can see the web remotely , changing data , restart, etc. but it does not connect .
In the tab " status" ports " audio out port" , " audio in port" and " out port command " has the value 0 .
Can this be the problem? Why? How to fix ?

I tried to reset everything , update firmware , ...

Hi

You should  not update firmware and reset RRC settings when things like this happens. If you have a working system and you have lost the connection, most likely it's a router or ISP issue not a RRC issue. What happens in the Control end when you try to connect ? Try to connect then look at the status page in the Control-RRC most likely it says something about what the problem is? The LEDs on the front also gives some clues, Is the PWR LED is steady green ? Do you hear the conguestion tone from the speaker ? Do the Yellow light at the MIX/AUX jack flash ? You can post a copy of the Statuspage in the control RRC here.

Of some reason the Control-RRC cannot contact the Radio-RRC. Have you checked the port forwarding in the router at the radio side ?
If you use SIP password check that they are correct and there ar no unvisible spaces there
