I've been setting up a remoterig an Icom 706 as explained in your website.
I made the relevant tests of cables and running through the local area network (LAN). The result has been satisfactory.
The problem is that from the remote location through the Internet does not work on the transmission SSB, FM transmission but does a proper audio.
The reception is correct at all times, latency is not appreciated.
The remote radio acts on an external tuner and It works perfectly.
I've tried various configurations of equipment, different sound qualities and have tried to increase the values of jitter.
The router has been configured for each assigned ports and so I tested the DMZ option with the same results.
I also tried to locate the head to another internet connection, and the result is identical.
Connection where the radio is working through a wimax link (3Mb / s symmetric), and the head is 200km in an installation of fiber optics (1000dwn / 200up Mb / s).
What can I do?
