RRC-1258 works in internal network?

Hello,
I have a question before I buy a set for remote control.

Is this working if I use it on the same router remote and local control unit with internal IP

That is how I use mine most of the time.  I have the radio in my house and the control head in my shop next door.  It works perfectly over my internal IP network.

I have a second profile so when I go on vacation, I can access the radio (and it's antennas) remotely.
