Setting up RRC Micro
« on: 2018-03-31, 13:36:25 »
Hi,

I am trying to setup the RRC-Micro USB dongle with no luck and could not find the right documentation to do so.

I am not clear on what to do after the the dongle is connected to the PC USB Port. I ran the RRC client and selected the the Mic and Audi input/output but not clear on where to setup the remote radio IP address. I plan to use it with HRD running on Windows 10.

I have a working solution now using a Pair of RRC-1258 with a TS-480. Works beautifully.

Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

I have successfully connected to the remote RRC.
Any guidance on configuring the right RRC COM ports on the RRC client? What about the HRD setup for it to see the dongle/RRC?

Thanks
Hani

Hi Hani,

It requires a working TS-480 with a CAT cable on COM2. Just enter the SIP contact you use on the control RRC
as remote radio IP address. Use COM2 and you are set.

If you need any more help, just let me know at dj0qn (at) darc.de
