Tele2 usb-stick and UMR router about 100 ms delay

Yes, Risto.
I use a UMR router and a USB dongle. Network is Telia. I have also run Hi3G.
The ping time is around 300 ms, so I have large values on the RRC "RX jitter buffer size" and "RX jitter delay" parameters.

The UMR and its power supply (a wall wart) emits much noise, so I had to install the UMR into a shielded box and use another, silent power supply.
