trouble connecting remotely

Hello,  I have a ts 480 and can get the units and radio to work at my qth;  when I go to another site, the control device says "not reachable" and radio only beeps a couple of times and will not turn on.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks Phil

The most common mistakes here are not using the correct IP address in the SIP contact field, or
