My RRC is up and running in one of my laptops (Windows 7 premium)

Now I am trying to install in another netbook that I have for radio issues.

I get this error:

setupdicreatedeviceinfo failed with 5: access denied

when the setup program is creating the virtual serial ports

I am administrator
OS is Windows 7 home

Any suggestion?

It was a windows security problem

I have the same problem om ny windows 7  - laptop.

So would be glad to here more of hove you solved the problem.

I am not sure if I will translate it right. My Win7 is in spanish


Go to control panel
System and Security
Change  user account control configuration
Select the lower position. Never notify

This worked for me

Sorry to say that it dont work on my computer,

Yesterday I instead install on an old XP machine,
That installation was ok without any problem.
