Setup Manager WIN 8

My unit isnīt connected via USB on my 32bit WIN8 laptop.
Install SETUP Manager with and without the driver for the COM drivers .

I see 2 COMs extra in my hardware manager if the RRC Unit is connected.

But Manager told me Device not conencted.

Does the computer itself recognize the RRC when connecting it? If you look at HID devices in Device Manger one or two should be added when you connect the RRC.
