Not reaching my my home site

My URL changed.
Now neither ddns.webswitch nor ddns.remoterig will reach my site.  If I enter URL numerically it works.
Do I need to update something?

Then you have not set up the devices correctly so they update the ddns database. Most common is that the DNS IP is not setup correct. Check the status page in the Radio-RRC it will probably tell you what's wrong

Its been a couple of years since I have looked at the parms, and it fairly new to me all over again.
But I have used this setup in the past, thru Ipaddr changes, all OK.
Now the ddns.remoterig.com path started working.  The ddns.webswitch.com path is not working. 
I look at the RRC-1258 at the home/ant site, 192.168.170 and the dynamic DNS settings show hostname of ddns.remoterig.com. 
I should call this all OK since the ddns.remoterig path is working.  But the other one not working still puzzles me.
I guess I need to do some remedial reading.
