Well it seems I have to indeed turn down my rig's Side Tone! LOL
I'll do that when I get back from my Holiday in Alberta.
I won't be taking my Control RRC with me because I'm using a KW PS-53 power supply to power it! LOL
It will be too much to pack and we already have weight restrictions! LOL Gifts ya know?
But: I am wondering what settings in both the Radio RRC and Control RRC do I play around with to git rid of choppy received audio?
I did check into a local HF net this morning and received my usual excellent audio report, plus me adding the / Remote at the end of my call.
It's probably do to the internet traffic at both ends which brought on the choppy audio the last hour or so.
So incase I don't post until I get back, , Seasons greetings to all and a happy and prosperous 2011.
