woodpecker in my audio

All, have instaled the Yaesu twins and work great but there is a woodpecker in my transmited signal. even when i dont speak the woodpecker is there if ptt is puched.
Ay idea's what could be wrong?

Maybe it's RFI, test with very low output  power and compare

Output power 2W and problem is still there.
Can it be the internet, real download speed at remote site is 28mbs but the upload is only 2.4mbs
on the transmitter site the download speed is 196mbs and upload 18mbs.

The internet speed is far more than needed.
Have you tested on the same LAN before moving them apart ?
Have you set the audio quality to same setting in both units.
