Have anybody same problem .. so ... my ic-7100 lost kontact to rrc, i changed rrcīs mainboard but problem is still on ... if i use rrc nano it notice some kind of "time out" but i can find that setup??? normal remote vorking mode it only stop, seems like radio is still on but nothing happens and rx is off. After shut down or new startup (radio cobntroll on/off button) it works fine few ten minutes ... and same with nano.
