I am getting ready to set up a remote station (my first station) and am worried that I will not be able to get the setup correct. I have read the instructions and, quite frankly, I don't understand what half of the technical terms are. I don't know how to get my IP address etc... and am lost. I've also read about port forwarding and couldn't get it to work with echolink, so I doubt I will be successful here.
Does anyone know of a company that sells the product and has tech support? It appears that HRO (USA) is the main distributor, and they do not have this service.
