DDNS Server Down ???

The DDNS status check facility doesnt seem to be working and my RRC is giving an 'Dynamic DNS error code 9?
Does anyone know if there is a problem.

Hello All,

same problem here all morning. I cannot connect my remote terminal and the status page (http://ddns.remoterig.com/status/) is not working.

Why is it that things like this always happens on weekends etc?! We will take a look asap!

It looks like you are using DynDNS not our ddns system ?

The error codes are comming direct from DynDNS not from the RCC. I think there is some explanation of the error codes at dyndns website, I do not remember what they mean.

Probably it's easier to activaste our ddns

 I have added the meaning of the error codes at our ddns page it's the same for both DynDns and remoterig ddns
