Did you check it without another power supply to see if it was the RRC or power supply?

Where did you buy it from? Did you buy it from HRO or another dealer? If so, they should swap it for you.

I tried the 12 v, the 110 adapter and usb;  I contacted HRO Virginia where I bought it and they said to contact RemoteRig at mikael@styreors.se which came back as invalid.  Phil

Hi

Yes as Mitch say, HRO should take care of it if you have bought it there. Remember that damages caused by lightning storms are not covered by warranty.
