TS480 dont work MK1258 broken?

I 've got two set of remote rig.
One for Yaesu twin and one for TS480.
The set for the TS480 was dismantled some time ago, they was working perfectly, now back on again here in home to test it, does not work anymore.
Tested in LAN with network switches, when I turn on the front display reads only HALLO, then hangs around, it is no longer possible to turn off the radio, no button work.
By connecting directly with its short cable the faceplate to the radio without remoterig , it turn on the display, the radio is on, and work all.
With remoterig is not communicating, I also uploaded the latest version of SW, but nothing to do.
May be  are failed the remote rig, I can send for repair?
I try tomorrow with another TS480, but cant do more.

I cannot say anything whit so little information. What does the the statuspages says. I don't think they get broken by laying on a shelf. I guess  they are not setup correct.

this morning i have tested with another TS480 HX of my friend, the same happen, only HALLO on display, changed also the two cable TTL.
So i have saved 6 files html of the total configuration and status.
For each remoterig at station and at radio, i have saved with power radio button off, then on, then ON after 120 seconds.
Each are different.
So, i cant send here, but if you want to send me your mail, i can send you.

So you have not tested on same LAN, maybe the Router do not let the cmd channel through.

I had a similar problem where I only got the "Hello" screen.  It turned out to be low voltage to the TS-480 radio.  The solder on the line fuse had melted and it was not making good contact.  When I replaced the fuse, all was OK again.
