K3 twin and Samsung S4
« on: 2015-10-01, 15:14:16 »
Last update 1.3.0
It,s not possible to disconnect, you can not swap back to startside.
Only way is to restart the smartphone and the RRC and power off the K3.

Last RRC Nano Kenwood is 1.3.4.
Does the problem remain with that one?

And remember that you HAVE to uninstall RRC Nano S service also.
It collides with the new 1.3.4 and will be obsolete in all future versions.

Also. You must have the latest firmware 2.87 installed

Sorry. My fault. Was thinking of the Kenwood app  ::) yes 1.3.0 is the latest. The app has 2 pages. You can go between them by the white left and right arrows up in the top red bar. When you connect the second (radio page) is made current. To get back to the connect page with the connect/disconnect button just use those arrows.

Published Elecraft 1.3.1. Does it solve your problem?

My other unit Samsung  tab 4 does not work either...

So your call sign is not recognized with this version either.

Take note that the Nano Service (RRC Nano S) MUST BE UNINSTALLED when using Elecraft 1.3.0 and higher.
It collides with the new Elecraft App and nothing will work as excpected.

The "green" diode now just shows that all internal and external connection is up and ready for service.
If its red something is wrong.

I would be interested in checking from my end.
If that's ok send me a PM with your settings Callsign, Contact etc..
