Microbit DDNS not find my host

Hello

I configure RRC units to my friend.I have DynDns service my home and it works OK
When I try Microbit ddns, controll RRC not find host name, PWR led blink.
When I but IP as numbers or DynDns host both OK
ddns.remoterig.com/status give rermtxxa not found

I try Web switch with same router, ddns.webswitch.se give host name what works.It is in the microbit ddns database OK.

RRC-1258 give host name differen style it is:rermtxxa
Why not with RRC-1258 work?

if the power led blinks the rrc cannot not connect to a dns server which is needed to lookup the ddns hostname. Check your dns settings it must be wrong

Username: rrc1258-10261
Password   : ••••••••

http://ddns.remoterig.com/status/
give "rermtxxa not found"

Do I understan right, Radio box send host name , user name and password to ddns.remoterig.com server
and I can check status > rermtxxa not found
