remote switch ON IC1700
« on: 2018-08-13, 15:09:06 »
Hi,
I have an IC7100 perfectly working and configured with remoterig solution.
I also have remote access both the telnet interfaces and web interfaces.

There is a way to switch on/off the Radio Panel ?

kind regards
Andrea

Hi what do you mean by switch off the panel, that's done with the Power button on the panel.

You can disconnect a connected user by going to the status page in the Radio-RRC and hit the disconnect button

I meant, If I have no physical access to the rrc-control there is some way to emulate the physical pressure of the power knob on the frontal panel of the IC7100?

No it's not possible, I can't see any need for that function, why should you switch on the Control panel if you are not present ?

The possible scenario is for digital mode. I connected the remote control panel to the home PC and connected it for digital mode transmission.
When I am abroad I can remote control the software. But in case of black out or reset the Radio switch off and I cannot switch on again.

The control program you use should be able to power on the IC-7100, the RS-BA1 can do it and I guess other 3d part has implemented the power on command also as it's official. We use it when you connect from the Nano App.
