TS 480 - No audio!

Hello to everyone (Hello Mitch!)

I am using my Remote Rig setup with my Kenwood TS 480 which works perfectly fine and stable between my shack in Milan, Italy and Crotone, Calabria.

I stopped my ham radio activity since two months. I moved to another apartment. Today I wanted to do some ham radio: I turned on my radio, I get full display but no RX audio. NEITHER the BEEP of the radio when you change band or you tune the antenna! I can use the dial, I can trasmit, I can tune...
no RX audio!
 
I did the reboot at both ends (interfaces) and both routers (internet). No change.
Any idea?

I got an update!
Now I don't get neither display of the frequency - panel does not turn on. Only the yellow led is on (interface).

The status shows that no data is transferred. Can be many reasons for that. cables, settings, routers etc. I suggest you take all items to the same place and check that it works on LAN without Internet, and start from there
